This translation is provided for convenience. The French version is the only legally binding one.

SlabRack collects only what it needs to deliver your order and answer you. The data controller is PAN, sole trader trading as Initiative N (SIRET 788 973 238 00033), 20 rue les Mortiers, 44120 Vertou, France. For any question about your data: contact@slabrack.fr.

What we collect, and why

  • Orders: name, delivery address, email and phone number, entered on the Stripe payment page. They are used to make, ship and invoice your order (performance of the contract), and are kept for ten years for accounting obligations.
  • Alerts and news: your email, to let you know when a piece is released (consent). Kept until you unsubscribe, and three years at most if we don't hear from you.
  • Quote requests: your contact details and message, to answer you. Kept for three years.
  • Audience measurement: only if you accept it in the banner, visit statistics (pages viewed, stands configured) through PostHog, hosted in the European Union, and, during advertising campaigns, the Meta pixel. Kept for thirteen months at most.

Who has access

The SlabRack workshop, and our providers within the limits of their task: Stripe (payment), Resend (sending emails), Vercel (hosting), PostHog and Meta (measurement, with your consent), and the carrier (delivery). No data is sold. As some providers are based outside the European Union, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

Until you accept audience measurement, the site only uses the storage the cart needs. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing or ask for its portability by writing to contact@slabrack.fr. If you disagree with our answer, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
